We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your request for return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You may not be able to return your package if you choose the option to receive credits. You will get the total amount of your item + 20% as a credit to spend on our store and you can also keep the item. (without expiration) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that for return requests, if you choose the option to receive our prepaid label, we will deduct the label fee of £3.49 from your total refund.You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or credit store.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you the new item straight away. Note that once you have accepted or opted to get an exchange, a refund can no longer be processed.
RETURNS TO SENDER/REFUSED ORDERS
Bjorgk will not be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address supplied by the customers (which may include, wrong house or apt # or wrong street). We will also not be responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER
You can cancel your order for 1 hour after placing the order only by visiting this link. After that it will be too late for us to cancel your order, but don't worry you can always ask for an exchange or refund after receiving your order.
If you notice a mistake in your order and wish to change it, please inform us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched, after that it will be too late and we will not be responsible for that.
