Refund policy



Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since we received your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective, damaged or if the size is incorrect. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to info@bjorgk.com.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
