    Do they fit big or small?

    They fit well but you should bear in mind that sizes are grouped 2 by 2, for example, a UK 5 and a UK 6 will have the same pair: a pair in size EU 38-39. Look at the size chart to make sure you get the right size. If you are a half size and we don’t have your available, please size up.

    Don't worry, if they don't fit we'll replace them! 

    Do they cure knee/foot pain?

    Designed with CushionSoft™ technology, the Bjorgk Sliders are the perfect footwear to relieve foot and joint pain. Each step is cushioned to reduce the impact and provide ultimate comfort.

    Are they as comfy as they look?

    According to the majority of our customers, our slides are the most comfortable they have ever worn.

    Are they waterproof?

    Yes, you can wear them in any condition. Wear them at the beach, inside, in the shower, on a walk etc.

    Do these fit wide feet?

    Yes, the Bjorgk Slides fit wide feet.

    What are they made of?

    Bjorgk Slides are made of EVA, for soft compression, comfort and durability.

    They are more stiff than advertised, why is this?

    The EVA material we use is designed to break in over time, they are supposed to be stiff right when you get them. If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm-hot water for 30 minutes.

    Is your Website secure?

    This site is 100% secure.

    Here's why:

    First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).

    Most sites only secure their "shopping cart" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

    Finally, concerning the payment, we use Stripe which is the reference in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.

    In summary, ordering at Bjorgk is safe and secure.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by Apple Pay.

    Where is my refund?

    We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

    Ordering and delivery

    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@bjorgk.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    Why has my order been canceled?

    We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

    How do I cancel my order?

    There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@bjorgk.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

    When will my order arrive?

    For information on our delivery times, please see our shipping policy. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

    What countries do you ship to?

    We deliver all over the world. However, if your area is too remote and shipping would be impossible or too expensive, we may have to cancel your order and give you a full refund.

    Where are you guys located?

    Our design team, marketing team, and product rollout team are based in United Kingdom. Our manufacturer is in China, please do not attach a negative quality to having them made in China, we take care of the working conditions in our factory and the materials are carefully selected. We have amazing feedback on our product, and if you don’t like it we have a forgiving return policy. We have warehouses in Europe and Asia.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.     Returns

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since you have received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Instead of returning items, you can contact us at info@bjorgk.com for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. We will replace an item if it is defective, damaged or if the size is incorrect.

    My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@bjorgk.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and tell us why you don't like our product and we will be happy to help you.
